Frequently Asked Questions

Are Supersonic Bounce inflatables only for community events?
No. Anywhere children are present inflatables are always a hit. We service birthday parties, reunions, community and church events, school carnivals, business promotional days etc.

Do the inflatables need a constant power source?
Yes. An electic blower keeps the inflatable up at all times. Once unplugged they deflate. If an electrical outlet is not within 50 feet of the inflatable we offer generators for an affordable cost.

What type of payment do you accept?
We accept cash or credit/debit cards.

Are we responsible for the inflatable if it gets torn or damaged?
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on the inflatables. If you notice a small tear along a seam please let us know. If damage occurs due to not following standard safety procedures or due to negligence then you are responsible.

How heavy are the inflatables?
They range from 150 pounds to over 450 pounds depending on the inflatable.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A $50 deposit is required on all orders. The deposit is refundable if the order is cancelled 7 days prior to reservation date. If cancelattion occurs less than a week prior to reservation date the refund will be credited toward another rental.

When do you set up the inflatables?
Generally 1-3 hours prior to scheduled time depending on how many inflatables we have reserved on a given day.
